Orders

What size should I buy?

All products have different sizes. Therefore, if you have never used a product of the same brand, it is important that you check the size guide available on each product page. If you are still in doubt, contact us and we will help you.

Can I cancel my order?

Would you like to cancel or edit your order that has not yet been shipped? Use the contact form and provide details about what you wish to remove/add for the smoothest handling.

If you have placed a pre-order, you can cancel your order free of charge until we have purchased your product from one of our suppliers. If you wish to cancel after this point, we will charge a handling fee of 250 SEK.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order can be made when we do not have the product in our Västerås warehouse. When your order comes in, we immediately start looking for your order with our suppliers. When we find the shoes, you will be notified and when the shoes have arrived at our warehouse, the shoes will be sent directly to you.

Delivery & Returns

What is the delivery time?

We have a 1-3 business day delivery time. If you place your order before 9 am, your order will be shipped the same day and will usually arrive the next day. When pre-ordering, delivery time is usually 7-21 business days.

NOTE! When pre-ordering, delivery may take longer than 21 business days. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us!

How do I return?

You return via our returns portal which you can find here .

Once you have followed the steps there, you will receive an email with a QR code that you can show at the nearest representative to create a shipping label.

When returning, you will be refunded within 5 working days of us receiving the delivery.

Return policy

We offer a 40-day return policy. You create a return via our return portal. When returning, we charge a return fee of 80 SEK which is deducted from the refund. In total, you pay for the original shipping and then the return fee. A return takes 1-5 working days to be delivered to us.

Return exchange

If you wish to exchange a size or product on an order that has already been delivered, it is important that you email us first. Use the contact form and provide details of what you wish to exchange and we will arrange a return exchange for you.

Can I complain about my order?

Of course, complaints are made via email. Use our contact form and make sure to have pictures prepared.
