The university blue colorway is here to stay, Nike Jordan has confirmed that with its latest release: the Jordan 1 "University Blue" Mid.
In this DISECT episode, we dive deep into Jordan's latest Mid model to present the product's combo of colors, materials and style.
At first glance, we note a decisive color of white, combined with baby blue leather fabric on the toe, vamp and not least: the Swoosh.
In the halter top we also find a new material; a "travel-like" material reminiscent of the fabric we find on a fleece jacket, also, of course, in baby blue.
On both the heel and the collar, we have a gray suede that completes the shoe's color combo in a shy, but stylish, contrast.
On the tongue, we see proof that Air Jordan isn't stopping with its experimentation. In an airy, white mesh fabric wrapped in diagonal crosses.
The Jordan 1 "University Blue" Mid is a target image when it comes to making a simple shoe that can go with everything, while adding little details that elevate the shoe and keep it interesting.
The playfulness of materials is something I will always appreciate in Jordan and the Jordan 1 "University Blue" Mid is no exception. This sneaker will be a big seller.
You can of course find the shoe on the website.
See you there!
