The rapper's first collaboration with Jumpman's golf collection has now received an official price and release date.
In recent years, some of the most hyped sneaker releases have come from collaborations between Travis Scott, who is currently with UTOPIA, and leading brands Nike and Jordan. These collaborations have ranged from shoes like Cactus Jack x Nike to full apparel collections, and it's been the Air Jordan 1 Low that has been particularly sought after and quickly sold out.
That's why the latest collab with Jordan's golf collection is highly anticipated, as it marks Travis Scott's first collaboration with Jordan on this front. Images of the shoe started circulating back in June, but now we have official images and details direct from Nike. The shoe's colorway is described as "Neutral Olive/Black/Sail/Light Lemon Twist," and it features a nubuck, leather and mesh upper. As usual, we see the inverted Nike Swoosh symbols on the sides, as well as the Jumpman Golf logo on the tongue, the Cactus Jack logo and specially designed insoles.
The Travis Scott x Air Jordan Golf will be released globally on October 13th at the price of $170 (about SEK 1,879). So far, neither Travis Scott nor Jordan have given any additional details about the release, but Nike has confirmed that the shoes will be available through SNKRS and select retailers. It's common for these shoes to be raffled on such occasions, so it pays to keep an eye on stores like Trés Bien and Sneakersnstuff for possible raffles.
